TL;DR
Technical Analyst – Integration & Marketplace Services (APIs/Cloud): Supporting and enhancing an enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem with an accent on secure, scalable integrations, partner onboarding, and marketplace certification. Focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and improving reliability across internal teams and external partners.
Location: On-site in Strongsville, Ohio, USA

What you will do
- Support and enhance the enterprise iPaaS platform and API ecosystem.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
- Coordinate integration delivery across product, engineering, architecture, implementation teams, vendors, and technology partners.
- Lead partner onboarding, marketplace certification, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve platform reliability.
- Promote API-first design, reusable integration patterns, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software, APIs, or integration platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware or iPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern integration architectures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Strongsville, Ohio, USA.
