Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and configure SaaS application settings, workflows, reporting options, and platform features to match client requirements.
• Support data imports, validate data accuracy, define and document testing, and troubleshoot configuration or system setup issues.
• Guide client administrators and executive stakeholders through best practices, workflow decisions, platform capabilities, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product on handoffs, documentation, product feedback, and implementation improvements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms, supporting data imports, and validating data before go-live.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with project or development management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Clear communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with association management software, learning management software, or nonprofit and membership platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP.
