(USA) Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)-2

Location: 6055 S. Fulton Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30349, United States; onsite at an e-commerce fulfillment facility.

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone compensation and stock.

What you will do

• Implement operational plans by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring training, compliance, and accurate procedure documentation.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotions.
• Promote collaboration, integrity, inclusion, customer focus, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, one year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, two years of Walmart Logistics experience, or two years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments.
• Experience supervising associates and using logistics management practices.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.
• Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
