(USA) Area Manager, Fleet Safety

Location: Onsite at 1602 Sparks Dr, Cleburne, Texas, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay, stock, or other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Support hirify.global transportation offices with fleet safety operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and applicable safety standards.
• Train and coach drivers to improve performance and safety.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of safety issues and implement solutions.
• Create safety dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety practices.
• Experience in driver training and coaching.
• Strong data and digital literacy, including the ability to analyze data and develop insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and implement technology solutions that improve safety processes.
• Either a relevant bachelor's degree and 2 years of safety experience, or 4 years of traffic safety experience, plus 2 years of continuous improvement experience in supply chain or transportation maintenance.

Nice to have

• Professional safety certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, or related certifications.
• Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive experience.
• Knowledge of environmental policies and procedures.
