Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)

Location: 6055 S. Fulton Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30349, United States; onsite role at an e-commerce fulfillment facility.

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses, regional pay zone compensation, and stock.

What you will do

• Implement the business plan for the assigned fulfillment area by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and manage quality and safety standards.
• Train associates on logistics policies, procedures, and required standards, while monitoring compliance.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participating in hiring and promotion decisions.
• Support Walmart values, continuous improvement, data-informed decisions, and the use of new technologies and skills.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Alternatively, 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments is required.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, workloads, productivity, quality, safety, and associate development in a fulfillment environment.
• Work is based onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
