TL;DR
FP&A Analyst, Commercial (AdTech): Supporting commercial financial planning and business decisions through performance analysis, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting with an accent on data-driven modelling, variance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on owning net revenue forecasts, identifying risks and growth opportunities, and translating complex business data into clear recommendations.
Location: London, hybrid; office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

What you will do
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable analysis to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Analyse business performance, explain variance against plan, and recommend actions to achieve commercial objectives.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial and non-financial performance reporting for executive and leadership teams.
- Own the net revenue forecast for commercial teams and support budgeting, modelling, and variance analysis.
- Use Looker, SQL, Python, Confluence, Salesforce, and internal reporting systems to improve revenue and operational performance.
- Collaborate globally, share best practices, and lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- 2–3 years of experience performing comparable FP&A, financial analysis, forecasting, or reporting responsibilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Looker, SQL, or similar tools and languages is highly preferred.
- Ability to research, interpret, and present data clearly to business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, project management, self-direction, and data storytelling skills.

- Experience in digital advertising or accounting.
