TL;DR
FP&A Analyst (Cybersecurity): Guiding financial performance for a cyber resilience SaaS business through forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and stakeholder insights with an accent on financial modelling, workforce cost analysis, and GTM metrics. Focus on building scalable FP&A processes, developing complex data models with SQL, and exploring AI/LLM use cases to automate financial analysis.

Location: Hybrid, with one day per week required at the Bristol HQ, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Monitor performance indicators, analyze variances and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Produce ARR, cost, workforce, and other metric reports, with particular focus on go-to-market performance.
  • Own planning and analysis areas, maintain rolling forecasts, and manage stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and improve FP&A documentation and processes.
  • Apply financial modelling skills across Excel, Google Sheets, and FP&A systems.
  • Develop advanced data practices using SQL, complex data models, and AI/LLM use cases for financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified CIMA accountant; ACA or ACCA with post-qualification FP&A and commercial finance experience also considered.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and workforce cost analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Self-starting, autonomous, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Availability to work from the Bristol HQ one day per week.

Nice to have

  • Curiosity about AI/LLM applications in financial analysis.
  • SQL experience and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data stack tools.
  • Experience in an international business or SaaS and recurring-revenue environment.
