Solutions Architect, Manager (Public Sector)

Location: Remote within the United States; United States citizenship is required.

Salary: $183,200–$308,400 USD per year, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits. Sales incentive pay may target up to 100% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead strategic public-sector sales initiatives and customer-facing solution architecture engagements.
• Manage Solutions Architects through hiring, coaching, feedback, retention, and performance development.
• Guide technical evaluations and validation efforts against customer business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Improve team practices, execution strategies, and performance tracking across strategic opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global’s vision, strategy, and values while modeling strong customer engagement.

Requirements

• United States citizenship is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in a global or remote environment.
• Experience with technical pre-sales or customer-facing technical solution design.
• Knowledge of modern software development or operations practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and secure, scalable adoption practices, plus experience mentoring and collaborating cross-functionally.
