Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, United States; up to 10% domestic and international travel to contract manufacturers may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year

What you will do

• Lead supply planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and external partner order fulfillment.
• Build the monthly IBP/S&OP package and lead supply review meetings with internal and external partners.
• Convert global demand requirements into attainable supply plans while balancing capacity, inventory, and service-level targets.
• Integrate externally manufactured products and support new product launches through scenario analysis, recovery projections, and contingency planning.
• Use planning systems, complex spreadsheet analysis, AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to identify risks and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with planning, quality, operations, logistics, suppliers, and external partners to optimize customer service and inventory results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, supply chain, engineering, logistics, or operations background preferred.
• At least four years of relevant experience in supply chain management, production planning, or materials management.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent decision-making, and matrix collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems; JDE, Manugistics, or SAP experience is preferred.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.

Nice to have

• APICS certification, including CPIM.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience or certification.
