Senior Demand Planner (Consumer Packaged Goods)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $75,800–$141,700, $83,400–$155,900, or $90,900–$170,100 annually, depending on location zone.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and validate SKU-level demand signals and forecasts across a rolling 24-month horizon.
• Use machine learning baseline forecasts, promotional data, market trends, product life-cycle information, and business intelligence to improve demand plans.
• Lead the demand alignment and S&OP processes for an assigned business unit.
• Develop consensus forecasts, sales rollups, gap analyses, upside/downside scenarios, and recommended actions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare and publish forecast KPIs, including forecast accuracy and bias, while monitoring orders against estimates.
• Identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and support the adoption of new tools and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a similar role; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with advanced planning software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause identification, problem-solving, organization, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
