Digital Integrator, Material Management (MedTech)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the digital material-management strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics Advanced Development.
• Establish system-of-record boundaries and data ownership across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS.
• Design connected material workflows covering material creation, consumption, genealogy, experimentation, testing, and release status.
• Improve material visibility, traceability, chain of custody, inventory status, expiry management, and data segregation.
• Lead adoption, training, communications, business readiness, operating procedures, and continuous improvement across functions and sites.
• Enable trusted material data for reporting, investigations, comparability, modelling, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, laboratory informatics, supply chain, or material-management environments.
• Experience working with and integrating MES, ELN, LIMS, BIOVIA, and SAP.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, change management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ontology, semantic identifiers, metadata, reference data, and FAIR data principles.
• Project, product, or program management experience in digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business and scientific needs into scalable digital solutions and measurable outcomes.
