Sr. Manager, Financial Systems & Master Data (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $127,313–$167,099 USD annually, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Manage finance data initiatives across SAP and OneStream, including the chart of accounts, cost centers and ERP-to-consolidation mappings.
• Develop data governance, quality, lifecycle, lineage and mapping practices for financial data.
• Partner with IT on SAP module implementations, system upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain master data governance workflows and ensure authorized access across financial systems.
• Support financial reporting, data change tracking, standard operating procedures and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, FP&A, SAP S/4HANA GRC and audit teams on data protection, controls and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an IT concentration is a plus.
• At least 6 years of experience with data management solutions, data migration, data quality or related systems.
• Experience with SAP, including query viewer/design, advanced GUI access and financial module deployments.
• Hands-on experience defining data, developing processes, modeling data quality and leading implementation projects.
• Experience working with ERP and data integrators, large data volumes, queries and advanced analytics reporting tools.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
