Warehouse Management ERP Application Owner (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; hybrid setup with remote work and occasional office travel for anchor days.

What you will do

• Own the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications.
• Drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Manage L1/L2 application operations and coordinate complex L3 issues with ERP consultants and developers.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements to application quality and maintainability.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes in an ERP or enterprise application environment.
• Experience analysing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with ownership of applications and commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.

Nice to have

• ITIL experience.
• German language skills.
• Interest in using AI and automation to improve application operations and user experience.
