Sr Mgr Data & Analytics (Microsoft Fabric)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor BI managers, data engineers, BI analysts, and developers.
• Set priorities, distribute workloads, and ensure timely delivery of data, analytics, and reporting projects.
• Oversee data integration into the enterprise data lake, reusable data models, governed data products, and the full data product lifecycle.
• Develop BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Coordinate business partners and onshore and offshore teams while managing stakeholder communication, risks, and project delivery.
• Prioritize BI initiatives through cost-benefit analysis and quantify value creation after implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in data and analytics roles in large or complex environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading Data or BI teams.
• Experience leading end-to-end modernization initiatives and migrating legacy or on-premises data platforms to cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience directing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ADLS, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance, Quality, Compliance, or Product Management domains.
