What you will do

• Lead the data and analytics delivery lifecycle for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Build and maintain a multi-year analytics roadmap, manage demand intake, prioritize work, and communicate trade-offs.
• Own data products and guide architects and engineers on modeling, integration, scalability, performance, and supportability.
• Drive delivery accountability, documentation, data quality, governance, security, adoption, and retirement of duplicative reporting.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, performance management, capacity planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics, including 4+ years leading data teams.
• Experience owning a business-area portfolio or roadmap from demand intake through reported outcomes.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, semantic models, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, including semantic model and workspace governance.
• Strong executive, functional, and technical communication, prioritization, decision-making, influence, budgeting, and cost-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or procurement in a large multi-site organization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, warehouse management systems such as Manhattan, TMS, and demand and inventory planning.
• Experience with operational metrics such as fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and production yield.
• Experience leading data platform or reporting modernization and migration from legacy tools.
• Experience managing distributed teams and external delivery partners across time zones.
