Accounting Software Consultant (ConstructionOne)

Location: Remote, US; 25% travel required.

Salary: $85,900–$118,100 annually; bonus eligible and not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with construction customers to analyze business goals and design tailored software strategies using the hirify.global ConstructionOne product suite.
• Guide end-to-end implementations through business process reviews, setup, testing, data import, and custom reporting.
• Deliver application training and readiness assessments to support software adoption and customer success.
• Manage project risks, mitigate implementation hurdles, and maintain billable target achievements.
• Act as a strategic liaison between hirify.global and customers, optimizing workflows and supporting product adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, training, or technology.
• 3+ years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Expertise in accounting or construction domains.
• Experience providing high-level customer support, managing strategic clients, and navigating complex implementation workflows.
• Strong proficiency in process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and interactive presentations.
• Experience working effectively in a matrixed environment to drive collaborative results and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint, or hirify.global ConstructionOne products.
• Subject matter expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience mapping accounting data and building reports.
• Experience managing multiple complex implementations concurrently and servicing strategic clients with 100+ employees.
