Accounting Software Consultant

Location: Remote, US; 25% travel required

Salary: $85,900–$118,100 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Analyze customer business goals and design tailored software strategies using the hirify.global ConstructionOne product suite.
• Guide customers through end-to-end implementations, including process reviews, setup, testing, data import, and custom reporting.
• Deliver application training and readiness assessments to support product adoption.
• Manage implementation risks, mitigate delivery obstacles, and maintain billable targets.
• Partner with construction clients as a strategic liaison between customer needs and hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, training, or technology.
• 3+ years of software implementation or consulting experience.
• Expertise in accounting or construction domains.
• Experience with customer support, strategic client management, process planning, requirements gathering, time management, and interactive presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely from the US and travel 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint, or hirify.global ConstructionOne.
• Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience mapping accounting data and building reports.
• Experience managing multiple complex implementations and supporting strategic clients with 100+ employees.
