Location: USA-AR-Little Rock; flexible locations are also mentioned. The role requires on-site deployment for emergency response and environmental projects, frequent extended travel, and occasional shifts of up to 24 hours.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

What you will do
- Lead environmental field assessments and emergency-response projects under the guidance of project managers and technical directors.
- Coordinate field personnel and ensure teams are trained, calibrated, and prepared for deployment.
- Collect, synthesize, analyze, and document environmental data from air, food, soil, water, sediment, and biota.
- Support work plans, project deliverables, reporting, and quality assurance for environmental data.
- Maintain response readiness through training, equipment maintenance, documentation, and templates.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and applicable client, state, federal, and local requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, biology, geology, or a related science.
- Environmental field assessment knowledge covering water, sediment, soil, or biota; experience with RAT and quality assurance management.
- Advanced computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
- Professional English communication skills are required.
- HAZWOPER certification, DISA clearance eligibility, TWIC clearance eligibility, a current driver’s license, and a current passport are required.
- Ability to work in hazardous and adverse conditions, make emergency decisions, travel frequently, and perform physically demanding fieldwork.
