Field Supervisor (Weatherization)

Location: New Castle, Pennsylvania, United States; field work throughout the assigned service territory.

Salary: $68,300–$102,500 annually; target compensation $80,000 annually.

What you will do

• Supervise and mentor Weatherization Crew Leads and Technicians.
• Conduct field visits, job-site inspections, and quality-control reviews.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and work procedures.
• Manage fleet, tools, equipment, inventory, materials, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Address customer concerns and support productivity tracking and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in weatherization, residential construction, energy efficiency, or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of weatherization practices, building science, and field operations.
• Experience managing fleet, equipment, and inventory resources.
• BPI Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; post-offer drug testing and motor vehicle record checks are required.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or associate degree.
• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience.
