Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Location: Garland, TX, USA; travel between multiple properties is required.

Compensation: $23–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over move-out apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces and repair locks, doors, windows, and related hardware.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document completed work and materials procurement, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with vendor scheduling.
• Participate in technical, safety, and operational training programs.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Additional relevant certification, such as HVAC or CMRP.
