Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Remote, Puerto Rico; Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30–11:00 PM ET

Compensation: USD 1,200–1,800 per month

Personal injury law firm headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida, with offices in Orlando and New York City.

What you will do

• Source candidates across three offices through job boards, LinkedIn, professional associations, alumni networks, Boolean searches, and direct outreach.
• Conduct high-volume calls, texts, emails, and initial phone screens during evening and weekend hours.
• Administer and track prescreening questionnaires and candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews, including coordination across Florida and New York time zones.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, screening notes, disposition codes, and end-of-shift pipeline summaries.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide clear next steps throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or high-volume talent acquisition support.
• Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews at volume.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, standard productivity tools, and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Consistent availability Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30–11:00 PM ET.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a private professional workspace, dedicated computer, suitable phone setup, noise-cancelling headset, webcam, and required device security controls.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Recruiting experience in a law firm, medical practice, or another high-volume professional services environment.
• Experience recruiting legal support, intake, or case management staff.
• Familiarity with Litify, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
