Talent Sourcer (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Remote, based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States. Work hours are Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern Time business hours.

What you will do

• Review, post, and process job advertisements and applications across multiple platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, and Boolean search.
• Build candidate relationships, communicate job information, and conduct preliminary phone or video assessments.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in applicant tracking systems and meet agreed sourcing metrics and service levels.
• Support recruiters, coordinate feedback, and help deliver a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.
• Identify sourcing process improvements and promote opportunities through employer branding and social media tools.

Requirements

• Fluent English is essential.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is required.
• Experience with sourcing methods such as Boolean search, along with strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is required.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments by phone or video.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
