Talent Sourcer (AI)

Location: Remote from Mexico City, Almaty, Belgrade, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiago, or São Paulo. Availability for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours is required, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT.

Salary: $1,000–$3,000 per month, with commission and bonus opportunities. Typical base salary: approximately $800–$1,600 per month, plus performance incentives.

What you will do

• Source candidates through outreach tools, social media, X-ray search, Boolean search, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage outbound talent pipelines for multiple client roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualify candidate interest and fit before handing candidates to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline data, and sourcing notes.
• Collaborate with recruiters, communicate pipeline health, and contribute ideas for team improvements.
• Meet weekly sourcing activity and pipeline goals.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required for calls, written outreach, and daily communication with US professionals.
• 0–3 years of experience in outbound, research, recruiting, sourcing, sales development, or a client-facing role; previous sourcing experience is not required.
• Proactive, coachable, curious, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of work.
• Strong focus on pipeline quality, candidate experience, and measurable results.
• Availability for US Pacific Time overlap until at least 3 PM PT.

Nice to have

• Experience with recruiting, sourcing, research, sales development, or other outbound work.
• Interest in AI, machine learning infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology startups.
