Summer Intern - Engineering (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, Texas; interns must reside in Houston or surrounding areas for the duration of the internship

What you will do

• Support the development of work standards in a high-flow automotive manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Apply current industry technology to manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and interpret operational data.
• Work in office and facility environments and travel to other domestic sites when required.

Requirements

• Be a rising junior or senior enrolled in a four-year accredited college or university.
• Pursue a degree in mechanical, industrial, and/or manufacturing engineering.
• Maintain an overall GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside in Houston or surrounding areas during the internship; housing assistance is not provided.
