MES Key User

Location: Durango, Mexico; onsite role supporting production floor operations.

What you will do

• Create and maintain production routes, workflows, Bills of Materials, and quality parameters in MES.
• Support operators and supervisors by resolving scanning errors, system blocks, and production data discrepancies.
• Monitor OEE, yield, and traceability data to validate production integrity.
• Generate MES queries, reports, and dashboards based on real-time efficiency metrics.
• Develop visual aids and train new hires and end users on MES terminals and functionality.
• Coordinate efficiency, cost reduction, process improvement, methods, and standards activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with manufacturing execution systems and production operations.
• Ability to manage production routes, workflows, BOMs, quality parameters, and operational data.
• Ability to troubleshoot MES issues directly with operators and supervisors on the production floor.
• Experience creating reports, queries, dashboards, or other production performance analyses.
• Ability to prepare methods, standards, process documents, and user training materials.
