Jr Solution Specialist (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Identify project milestones and implementation timelines with startup, engineering, and project management teams.
• Build, document, and maintain customer-centric business-critical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and execute test cases according to agreed timelines.
• Support quality control during solution implementation and validation activities.
• Create site- and subject-facing documentation, training materials, and deliver stakeholder training.
• Contribute to implementation and integration best practices, knowledge bases, and improvements to core platform functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Customer-facing, presentation, process documentation, validation, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of support processes and production environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the clinical trial or pharmaceutical domain.
• Experience with validation documentation and execution.
