What you will do
- Gather and structure business requirements from teams across the company.
- Translate business problems into clear specifications for AI-powered workflows.
- Analyze team processes and pain points to identify automation opportunities.
- Write and iterate prompts for AI-driven workflows.
- Create clear instructions for data labellers and annotators.
- Build analytics to track automation performance, quality, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong mathematical and analytical background with a solid understanding of statistics.
- English proficiency: B2.
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn and understand business context deeply.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of SQL.
