Market Manager

Location: On-site in Detroit, Michigan; based in Detroit or willing to relocate to the United States ahead of launch

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 base annually, plus annual performance bonus and stock option grant

hirify.global is a Los Angeles–based technology and logistics company building operational infrastructure for autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets.

What you will do

• Launch Detroit’s first fleet market by securing a facility and lot, establishing on-site workflows, and building a local vendor network.
• Prepare vehicles for operation, including delivery, registration, inspection, maintenance, and road readiness.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate drivers, then build a repeatable supply process.
• Hire, train, manage, and develop the local operations team.
• Run daily fleet operations, including 24-hour scheduling, dispatch, vehicle availability, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Scale the market, service coverage, driver supply, fleet size, financial performance, and operating capacity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, business consulting, or a comparable operating role with ownership of business goals and processes.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and team development.
• Direct experience launching a new market, site, facility, branch, region, or line of business and operating it through its initial months.
• Strong data analysis, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent practical operating experience.
• Willingness to work on-site and support 24-hour operations, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in rideshare, last-mile delivery, car rental, vehicle leasing, or another vehicle-heavy operation.
• Experience operating on or alongside Uber, Lyft, or similar platforms.
• Founder or early-employee experience.
• Familiarity with the Detroit metro market, including vendors, labor, and geography.
