Delivery Manager (Supply Chain)

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual salary, specific to California

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects from 70% handoff through fulfillment completion.
• Represent Supply Chain in project handoff reviews and align delivery plans with contractual and commercial commitments.
• Maintain project planning, allocations, master data, and system flows in Anaplan and connected ERP platforms.
• Drive supplier On-Time Shipment and project On-Time Delivery performance, resolving purchase and sales order variances.
• Coordinate Engineering, Sourcing, NPI, Planning, Logistics, Project Management, and Project Operations to mitigate delivery risks.
• Standardize processes, improve planning accuracy, and reduce expedites, disruptions, and delivery variability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
• Strong expertise in planning systems, preferably Anaplan, and ERP platforms, plus advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with supplier performance, project delivery metrics, BOMs, NPI, lead times, logistics coordination, and Incoterms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and risk-resolution skills.
