Plant Controller C&I

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, USA; onsite role with occasional travel

What you will do

• Partner with plant, operations, and executive leadership to improve manufacturing cost performance.
• Prepare and present monthly manufacturing KPIs, including labor efficiencies, material variances, spending variances, and cost of goods produced.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, budget deviations, and operational drivers, then recommend corrective actions.
• Build financial models and what-if scenarios for production transfers, capacity planning, and make-versus-buy decisions.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and labor and overhead planning activities.
• Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, or a similar environment.
• Experience leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, with regular standing and walking, occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel.

Nice to have

• SAP and Business Intelligence experience.
• Cost accounting and manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization.
• Knowledge of standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis.
