Controller-Plant (Manufacturing)

Location: Pueblo, Colorado; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $113,600–$204,609.99; incentive eligible, not sales commission eligible.

What you will do

• Lead finance and accounting activities for the Pueblo manufacturing plant.
• Partner with plant leadership on business performance, cost management, and strategic planning.
• Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial outlooks.
• Analyze labor, overhead, material usage, scrap, productivity, and manufacturing variances.
• Deliver month-end close, financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management analysis.
• Support capital planning, expenditure tracking, internal controls, and development of plant finance staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant controllership.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
