Department Manager - Palisades Mall

Location: 1731 Palisades Center Dr, West Nyack, NY 10994, USA; onsite retail position.

Salary: $26–$34 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status.

What you will do

• Lead the department team and support an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store environment.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, succession planning, employee development, scheduling, and daily team communication.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, garment presentation, fitting room routines, checkout processes, and store technology services.
• Ensure operational, administrative, health and safety, legal, opening, and closing procedures are completed correctly.
