Regional Human Resources Manager (Logistics)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with site managers and regional leaders on workforce planning, driver retention, team performance, and manager enablement.
• Drive consistent People practices, policies, and manager behaviors across multiple sites.
• Support non-exempt workforce needs, including scheduling, attendance, performance issues, and employee experience.
• Support the launch and scaling of new markets by establishing HR infrastructure from day one.
• Build, monitor, and report on turnover, attendance, engagement, and corrective-action metrics.
• Manage first-line employee relations, documentation, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Manager, ideally supporting large non-exempt teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience supporting multi-location workforces and coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Strong knowledge of wage-and-hour laws, break rules, attendance policies, scheduling laws, and labor compliance across multiple states.
• Ability to build scalable processes, maintain accurate data, and use sound judgment in employee relations matters.
• Clear documentation skills and excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
