People Operations Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs that support company culture.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, including workspace preparation, new-hire checklists, swag, and equipment coordination.
• Handle HR administration, including offer letters, employee records, reports, and data requests.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and escalate issues to the Director of People when needed.
• Partner with the Director of People on HR projects and keep the San Francisco office running smoothly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Warm, welcoming communication style with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Rippling or another HRIS and comfort using AI tools to build workflows and improve processes.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
