What you will do

• Lead multi-year strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and investment frameworks for the Global NPU business.
• Analyze markets, customers, competitors, and technical inputs to identify opportunities, risks, and white spaces.
• Influence product roadmaps, business cases, and tradeoff decisions across performance, power, software enablement, and ecosystem strategy.
• Support annual and multi-year planning processes, portfolio reviews, and executive decision-making.
• Prepare strategy decks, decision memos, scenario analyses, and other executive-ready materials.
• Align engineering, marketing, finance, sales, corporate strategy, and business development around execution and strategic metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic planning, strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience connecting strategy formulation with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, and financial outcomes.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or an advanced technical degree.
• Management consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a top-tier boutique.
• Experience in AI, semiconductors, software, systems businesses, AI silicon, edge computing, or platform businesses.
• Experience supporting C-level or GM-level strategic reviews and working with multinational teams.
