Manager, Product Management - Control Electronics

Location: Remote - US; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Regular travel to hirify.global sites or customers is required, with approximately 20% travel and potentially more for remote-based employees.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, depending on skills, capabilities, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Product Managers.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, investment performance, and product P&L.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused control electronics solutions.
• Review business cases and product investments while using customer insights and competitive intelligence to improve the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience in drives, controls, and HVAC.
• Experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ownership of product P&L, product growth, profitability, and multi-product or platform portfolios.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and new product development processes, with sufficient technical acumen to work with engineering teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in global product organizations and platform-based product strategies.
• Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscapes.
• Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization.
