Technical Support Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC, United States; full-time in-office role with limited remote work possible after training. Periodic travel is required for projects, training, office relocations, office visits, and support of other analysts.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop, mobile, hardware, and software systems, including Android and iPhone devices.
• Prepare workstations and office equipment for new hires.
• Provide phone, remote, and onsite support across the firm.
• Investigate technical inquiries, debug issues, recommend solutions, and resolve IT tickets.
• Create end-user guides and document procedures, best practices, and support processes.
• Support software and hardware testing and internal IT projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in IT, technical support, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, workstation imaging, and Microsoft System Center.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, plan work, and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the role.
