Quality Audit Analyst/Trainer (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote, based in Richardson, Texas

Salary: $41,700–$92,800 per year, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and conduct training for employees.
• Perform detailed quality audits and analyze programs and performance data.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed accurately and within established standards.
• Create desk-level procedures for provider data entry.
• Manage projects, prepare reports, and present performance measurements to employees and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of health insurance experience, or four years of health insurance experience.
• Analytical, mathematical, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• PC proficiency, including Word, Excel, and databases.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Training or teaching experience.
