Senior Trainer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Florida with 25% travel throughout the state; candidates residing in Florida are highly preferred.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate training initiatives with cross-functional departments supporting members and providers.
• Develop and administer a universal training curriculum using relevant technologies.
• Conduct training sessions on department-specific processes and create handbooks, tutorials, demonstrations, and multimedia materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through cost-benefit analysis and communicate results to management.
• Audit team results, identify training gaps, implement improvements, and recommend policy and procedure updates.
• Travel throughout Florida as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of training and auditing experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Claims background or experience working with claims or providers.
• Extensive curriculum development and facilitation experience.
