Production Supervisor (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targets.
• Execute and monitor production schedules to support on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
• Enforce safety policies, identify risks, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Resolve equipment and workflow disruptions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Train employees, conduct shift handoffs, report performance, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Proficiency with production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control standards.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
