Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Massillon, Ohio, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $77,800–$97,300 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional production line team in partnership with Maintenance and Continuous Improvement.
• Oversee daily line operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, efficiency, and employee engagement results.
• Implement the hirify.global Management System and operational excellence standards.
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield, labor efficiency, asset utilization, safety, and quality.
• Lead structured performance reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coach team members and coordinate communication and documentation across shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience; food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and support off-shift operations as needed.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and KPI reporting tools.
