Field Service Engineer - Daejeon (Diagnostics)

Location: Daejeon, South Korea; remote work from home is available, with various on-site service activities and domestic and overseas travel required.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and service diagnostic instruments at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and software upgrades when instrument problems occur.
• Respond to customer service requests and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide emergency support during weekends and night shifts when required.
• Coordinate with service team members and relevant departments to resolve problems.
• Complete the required training program and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Less than six years of experience in the diagnostics industry.
• Degree or major in medical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Availability for overseas travel and domestic business trips.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• English speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred.
