Medical Service Engineer (Medical Diagnostics)

Location: Remote from the UK, ideally based in Southeast England or London; field-based support for the surrounding region

What you will do

• Install Radiometer blood gas and immunoassay analysers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on critical diagnostic equipment.
• Provide service support to hospital Point of Care teams and clinicians.
• Manage a daily schedule while prioritising emergency service calls.
• Support equipment reliability and patient care across the assigned region.

Requirements

• HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Demonstrated history of strong customer support and customer focus.
• Experience installing Windows and software updates.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to manage workloads independently in a remote, field-based role.

Nice to have

• Competence with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Basic networking experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
