Field Service Engineer (Medical Diagnostics)

Location: Remote, based in Abha, Southern Region, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair Radiometer analyzers for the assigned customer base.
• Maintain calibrated tools and test equipment and complete regulatory field actions and technical updates on schedule.
• Install analyzers and provide customer user training.
• Order and manage spare parts while accurately recording parts used during service jobs.
• Upgrade operating systems, maintain device cybersecurity compliance, and perform basic IT troubleshooting on Windows 7/10/11 devices.
• Configure IP addresses and verify connectivity with Middleware, LIS, HIS, and EMR systems.

Requirements

• University degree in biomedical, mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant field service engineering experience in healthcare, medical, point-of-care, or diagnostic equipment.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, networking and connectivity setup, IT system upgrades, command prompts, and connectivity testing.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work in Abha, Southern Region, Saudi Arabia and support external healthcare customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL databases, Java, or Mirth.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
