Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer

Salary: $130,000–$195,000 yearly, depending on qualifications

What you will do

• Develop DSP algorithms for RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Prototype algorithms in MATLAB or a similar language and determine precision and dynamic range.
• Validate algorithms through hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit-true modeling.
• Implement DSP algorithms in FPGA or ASIC hardware using Verilog or VHDL.
• Support system architecture, algorithm exploration, trade studies, design reviews, implementation, laboratory verification, and delivery.
• Mentor DSP engineers and provide oversight of implementation teams while supporting design and customer meetings.

Requirements

• BSEE and at least 10 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of digital signal processing concepts, including RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC/DAC systems.
• Experience with MATLAB or similar tools, C/C++ bit-true modeling, and hardware co-simulation.
• Experience implementing algorithms in FPGA or ASIC hardware with Verilog or VHDL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• MSEE.
• Experience with image processing, software-defined radio, channelization/reconstruction, array processing, radar, or AI engines.
• Active TS security clearance.
