DSP System Architect

Annual base salary: USD 109,700–175,500

What you will do

• Develop specifications, architectures, and micro-architectures for digital signal processing and communications algorithms.
• Model and simulate systems with bit-exact C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Develop and run system-level simulation suites for physical-layer transceivers.
• Perform vector-matching verification against RTL simulations.
• Define chip requirements, architecture, verification plans, and lab test plans.
• Test and debug ASICs in the laboratory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Expertise in digital communication theory and digital signal processing algorithms.
• Experience with C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Hands-on laboratory skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with equalizers, timing recovery, and communications-system architecture for high-performance ASIC-based products is desirable.
