What you will do

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to optimize processes and enterprise systems.
• Gather requirements and create business requirements documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process maps.
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and solution designs with technical resources.
• Evaluate solution options, business value, ROI, enhancement requests, and project priorities.
• Define test scenarios, support test planning and scripts, coordinate testing activities, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain project artifacts, data models, data maps, process documentation, and knowledge base articles while analyzing data for actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and four or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Knowledge of JDE ERP modules and key value streams including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, data analysis, ITIL, and business analysis practices.
• Strong communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship-building, organization, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and the System Development Life Cycle.
• Regular attendance is required at the Spartanburg, South Carolina location.

Nice to have

• Experience with discrete manufacturing environments and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience with DSI or other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Experience with SQL and relational database tools.
• Experience developing BRDs, FRDs, testing plans, and current-state and future-state process maps.
• Experience evaluating ROI, prioritizing initiatives, and supporting project roadmap planning.
