TL;DR
Business Process Analyst II/III (SAP/AI): Improving manufacturing order-to-cash processes, systems, and operational data flows with an accent on SAP, lean manufacturing, project management, and AI-enabled analytics. Focus on translating business requirements into system specifications, building dashboards and automated data pipelines, and implementing process improvements across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.

Location: On-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma or Schofield, Wisconsin; hybrid or home work may be possible depending on the company setting. Minimal travel is required.

Salary: $77,235–$105,903 starting base pay.

What you will do

  • Lead and support multiple systems-related projects from concept through completion, partnering with business unit managers and corporate resources.
  • Analyze manufacturing and order-to-cash processes, identify bottlenecks, standardize procedures, and implement improvements that reduce errors, waste, and costs.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and coordinate implementation with Corporate IT, programmers, and IT analysts.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business systems including SAP, MII, and JIRA, and coordinate process-related training.
  • Develop operational dashboards and automated data pipelines integrating ERP, WMS, and TMS data into reliable datasets and actionable narratives.
  • Pilot and embed AI and analytics tools in daily operations, while mentoring analysts and supporting change management.

Requirements

  • Level II: 4–6 years of relevant experience; Level III: 6–8 years.
  • SAP ERP experience and a background in systems, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and integrated quote-to-cash processes.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; completion of internal Lean Leader Certification is expected.
  • For Level III: strong SQL skills and professional experience using generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation platforms.
