Outside Sales Representative

Location: Los Angeles/Orange County, California, United States; field prospecting is expected four days per week.

Estimated target total compensation: $70K to $100K+ depending on base salary, location, and incentive earnings.

What you will do

• Identify and engage target prospects for micro-bulk products.
• Present commercial and technical proposals to potential customers.
• Develop pricing strategies, contracts, and commercial proposals to win new business.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop technical proposals and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prospect for potential customers in the field four days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude.
• Sales experience; 2–5 years of demonstrated sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to win and develop professionally.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ongoing access to and ability to safely operate a reliable personal vehicle.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
