Regional Trainer - South Region

Location: Home Worker - US; remote locations must align to the South Region: Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Mississippi, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Alabama. Must live in the assigned region or adjacent to the Colonial Life Home Office. Travel required up to 60%–80% of the time.

Salary: $75,500–$142,700 per year

What you will do

• Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new core team members.
• Train and upskill Territory Sales Trainers on tools, capabilities, and training delivery.
• Develop and roll out training content, curricula, and learning experiences across the region.
• Champion strategic initiatives, enterprise capabilities, systems, and resources.
• Assess territory performance and training execution, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate training, mentor new talent, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, business, training and development, or a related field, and/or 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of formal training delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, partnership, facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and promote new capabilities, systems, and tools.
• Understanding of the sales process and ability to work with sales and home office leadership at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with strategic sales initiatives, digital enhancements, and field training systems.
• Experience as a peer leader, mentor, or business partner.
