IT Workforce Enablement Manager

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $77,100–$118,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, learning pathways, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, and adoption resources.
• Translate technical, operational, and change-related information into clear, actionable employee-facing content.
• Partner with project teams, subject matter experts, Change Management, Internal Communications, Workforce Development, leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Publish and maintain enablement content across SharePoint, zHUB, LMS platforms, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related resource hubs.
• Coordinate training logistics, participant communications, enrollment tracking, calendars, intake requests, and follow-up actions.
• Track participation, completion, learner feedback, adoption signals, support trends, and platform engagement data, then recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Learning and Development, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience.
• Relevant experience in workforce enablement, employee adoption, change management, communications, learning, training coordination, business operations, or technology enablement.
• Experience creating employee-facing guides, FAQs, learning materials, knowledge articles, process documentation, readiness materials, or adoption resources.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, content simplification, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related collaboration platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
